To make a warming rub we recommend In a 50 ml glass bottle mix:
10 drops Ginger Essential Oil

Top up with Fractionated Coconut Oil.
How to use:
Massage a few drops into the affected area. Apply as often as needed. Don't forget to wash your hands immediately after - You really wouldn't want any of this blend to get into and delicate areas.

Such soothing products that worked better than anything else I could find
I randomly started experiencing extremely irritated and red skin on my face after years of having a skin care routine. I basically was stuck just washing my face with water after a day of makeup and that’s it. My face felt so dry and textured but I could use anything to help it as it would get irritated.

All I can say is wow! This little bundle has been put to work from the day it arrived at my door. I have just started studying and my hand has been cramping from all the note taking I’m doing. I use the St John’s Wort & Calendula on my wrist & arm day & night for near instant relief. I also use it on my knees and anywhere I feel pain. The Universal Herbal Ointment gets used on bites and scratches, of which there are many at this time of the year (summer) and I finished the 7 day smooth heel challenge this week and my feet are a thousand times smoother than what they were when I started. I’m very impressed. I’ve been trying to get my feet back to smooth for ages. My husband used the Soothing Salve on a dry patch of skin on his elbow and he only needed one application.
