Hi Bec, Getting a consistently good nights sleep can be difficult. We have found that the people who are most successful using deep sleep do a number of things to increase there chances of getting a good nights sleep. 1. They initially use the pulse point potion every night for at least 3 weeks. This helps the brain to recognise the scent- associate it with sleep and fall into the routine of sleeping when the potion is used. 2.. They ensure that they have a regular bedtime routine - going to bed at a similar time and in a similar way each night. 3. they try to make sure that their body is ready for sleep by having enough physical exercise during the day, eating lightly in the hours before bedtime and ensuring that their sleep environment is cool and dark. 4. They make sure that their phone and electronic devices are not kept in the bedroom. It has been found that having your phone near you as you sleep can be very disruptive for sleep. I hope this helps.
