Amazing for stress-related neck pain, anxiety and struggling to sleep.

I struggled for months with extreme neck pain that my physio said was stress related. I used up all my health insurance on physio and remedial massage, bought 4 different pillows, had neck x-rays that showed nothing, tried gel & pill pain relief and even other essential oil products and nothing helped. After some research into some essential oils I hadn't tried Roman Chamomile was recommend. So I massaged Roman Chamomile Essential Oil into my neck one night and actually slept the whole night through, which I hadn't done in months, and my pain was considerably less the next morning. After two more nights of massaging my neck and sleeping wonderfully, my pain was almost gone. Now any time I feel the tightness in my neck I grab my Roman Chamomile and voila!

Late last year when Moon Haven released the 3% in Jojoba Oil range I decide to test their Roman Chamomile and it works just as well as the expensive brand I was using, plus I can dilute it even more and still get the same results.

Last week I suffered from some anxiety and after a couple of days feeling like that I started to get heart palpitations... So I thought I would try massaging some Roman Chamomile and meditating... and wow, the relief...
