Ordering from Moon Haven is fast, simple and very straight forward

At Moon Haven we want to provide the best possible service to you at a reasonable cost while still protecting your privacy and your personal information.

Listed below are several important facts you need to know about when placing an order with us.

Payment Methods:

We accept payment using your Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit card via our secure online payment gateway.

All credit card and personal information is processed through our  secure server and under the trusted Comodo SSL certificate

Phone with credit card: Another option we offer is to phone us with your credit card details so that we can manually process your payment.  This service may delay the dispatch of oyur order.

How do you ship orders?

We use Australia Posts Express Post parcel service for 99% of our deliveries to Australian addresses. Large or bulky orders may be sent by Auspost's standard delivery service.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes... we send our products to most international destination.  Different postage options will be offered to you as your proceed through the online shopping cart.
We highly recommend that you do not choose Economy Air as this DOES NOT provide a tracking option should your parcel be delayed on not delivered.

We accept no responsibility for delivery of your order after a parcel has been lodged for dispatch with Australia Post .

How do I track my order?

We will email you your Auspost trackng number  on dispatch for all orders sent by Auspost's Express Post and international postage of Standard Service or above.
(please note that we DO NOT recommend choosing Auspost's International Economy Air service as it does not provide a tracking service )

Late or missing orders

If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable amount of time (2-3 days for WA or 5 days for the Eastern States) please check with your local Post Office to see if they have your parcel there, waiting for you to collect it.

Discounts, Vouchers & Sales

Single Use Not For Use During Sales & Promotions

I'm sure you understand that our our discount codes are single use and cannot be used during our generous sales and promotions. In these circumstances you can choose to use the discount or the take advantage of the sale. Its your choice.


Unless otherwise indicated, discount codes expire 6 months from the date of issue.

Where to Enter your Discount Code

So you have received a Moon Haven  voucher or discount code and you'd like to know how to use it. 

Look for the Discount Input Box

When you get to the Checkout page you'll see an input box with the word "Discount" in grey just below your list of items.

Just type your code into the box and press the "Apply" button.
Voila... your discount/voucher amount will be automatically deducted from your shopping cart.
