Boost the effectiveness of your St John's Wort & Calendula Rub (SJWAC) with our Achy Breaky Essential Oil Blend
Uses:
3 essential oils all noted for helping with muscle pain - combined they make a wonderfully effective warming blend.
To make a warming rub we recommend In a 50 ml glass bottle mix:
10 drops Ginger Essential Oil
8 drops Eucalyptus Essential Oil
8 Drops Peppermint Essential Oil
Top up with Fractionated Coconut Oil.
How to use:
Massage a few drops into the affected area. Apply as often as needed. Don't forget to wash your hands immediately after - You really wouldn't want any of this blend to get into and delicate areas.

For those aching muscles and joints. Leonie formulated this aromatherapy and herbal based salve to help deal with the muscular aches and pains of Fibromyalgia.
A herb-rich essential oil infused, non-mentholated muscle rub that helps to calm and soothe stressed muscles and joints.
With St Johns Wort, Calendula and a range or essential oils for stimulating circulation and helping with inflammation. SJWAC would have to be one of our most remarked upon products. Our clients are telling us that they find SJWAC is amazing for soothing arthritic, muscular and joint pain.

SOOTHE ACHING MUSCLES AND JOINTS
Moon Haven's Achy Breaky Essential Oil blend has been formulated with anti-inflammatory, anti-spasmodic and analgesic essential oils to help soothe aches and pains in joints and muscles.
TOP TIP: Use a drop or two to boost the effect of Moon Haven's St John's Wort & Calendula Rub
For small areas - such as a shoulder, neck or lower back area just mix 5 drops of the blend with 10 ml (2 teaspoons) of a carrier oil or moisturising cream and apply to the sore areas.
For larger areas make a massage oil of 10 drops of blend for 20 ml of carrier oil
Handy hint: If you are experiencing pain in your shoulder or arm it would be worthwhile also applying any massage medium to the neck area as well.
Similarly if you are experiencing pain in your hip, leg or foot we'd recommend rubbing some of the massage medium to your lower back.

An excellent kitchen or gardeners soap, this super exfoliating bar will scrub away the dirt as well as help to rid skin of offending odours.
With Clove, Cinnamon, Rosemary and citrus Essential Oils you could almost eat this soap... but we strongly advise that you don't attempt to!

Note: This oil takes time to show its true scent. While at first smell this oil is very pungent and not at all like freshly crushed ginger- dilute it down, let the oil warm and disperse and the subtle ginger scents will become evident. It's truly worth the wait.

All I can say is wow! This little bundle has been put to work from the day it arrived at my door. I have just started studying and my hand has been cramping from all the note taking I’m doing. I use the St John’s Wort & Calendula on my wrist & arm day & night for near instant relief. I also use it on my knees and anywhere I feel pain. The Universal Herbal Ointment gets used on bites and scratches, of which there are many at this time of the year (summer) and I finished the 7 day smooth heel challenge this week and my feet are a thousand times smoother than what they were when I started.
