The first is it is the oil of remembrance. Rosemary helps with sharpening the mind, helping you to focus and retain information learnt. We recommend it for anyone who is studying or needs to sharpen their memory.
Second - may assist with muscle recovery and repair. Rosemary has components that can help soothe body aches and pains. It is a strong anti-inflammatory and nervine and is a must in any muscle of body rub. It can assist with headaches, menstrual cramps and sports injuries.
Third - supports healthy respiratory function. Inhaling rosemary can help with opening up the airways when needed. When I have a cold I tuck a tissue with a couple of drops of rosemary oil tucked into my bra. The scent of the oil helps me to clear my nasal congestion. Truly wonderful.
