Our Brains Love to Work Habitually
Habits are the brains comfort zone and our aim when using Focus Pulse Point Potion is to create a habit around study, learning and retaining that knowledge.
When you use Focus PPP every time you study the scent helps to remind your brain and mind that this is the time to study and learn. And the essential oils in Focus PPP helps you to remember what you've learnt.
Repetition is the Key
Repeating this process often, helps to create a strong neural pathway. This goes a long way towards establishing a learning habit that your brain not only recognises, but feels very comfortable doing.

In other words habitually using Focus PPP can help your brain and mind to get in the mood to study.
How To Use Focus Pulse Point to Train Your Brain
At the beginning of each learning, study, homework session or before an exam:
1. Get you learning space and study materials ready to use.
2. Apply Focus Pulse Point Potion to your temples, jawline and hollow at the base of your neck.
3. Close your eyes and take 3 long deep breaths, visualising what you would like to achieve in your the session.
4. Study for no longer than 45 minutes in each session before having a 10 minute break,
and studying for no more than 3 sessions at a time.
Hint: Apply the Pulse Point Potion and repeat this process when sitting for exams and tests This will help your brain to relax and possibly even reduce your test taking anxiety!
