We chose to include it in our 3% dilution range for its wonderful strength of scent at this dilution.
In fact  the Jasmine scent seems to become more available when diluted in Jojoba oil.  You see the scent feels more "locked in" when Jasmine is in its more pure absolute form. 

Diluting into a suitable carrier oil allows the volatile scent molecules to evaporate more easily - allowing the nose to more readily pick up its floral motes.
