Points to Note/ Cautions: Lemon oil, like most citrus oils, is photo-sensitising when applied to the skin.
This means that the skin has a greater tendency to burn when the oil is applied to the skin.  For this reason we always suggest that lemon oil is used in its diluted form on the skin and /or applied when the skin will not be exposed to the skin for several ours after application.
