In our tests we found the Shower Steamers lasted for 2 or 3 showers depending on how much water they were exposed to.
Of course if you wanted a mega steam up, you could use it all in the one session!
Caution: DO NOT use as in a bath as the essential oils are wayyy too concentrated to soak in!!!!
