Soothing Salve on your heels and feet:
Restore your feet in 7 Days

1. Before your shower or bath file back the rough edges of your heals with a pedicure file (or pumice stone while in the shower)
2. After your shower apply a small amount (and we mean small!) to each heel and foot, massaging well into the skin. (Hint: use the provided popstick like a butter knife and scrape out the salve rather than chunking it out- this softens the salve and makes it much easier to apply)
3. Allow the oils to sink in for at least 10 to 20 minutes. If there is any oily residue after this time then you have applied too much to your skin. 
This is not harmful...only wasteful and the excess oil may rub off on your bed sheets.

To remedy just take a towel and remove the excess... and apply a little less the next night.

Maintenance: To maintain, just repeat the above once a week.

Herbal Bundle at a Good Price

I have been using both the Herbal Ointment & Soothing Salve for several months, having made the change to herbal products.

The Herbal Ointment is ideal for grazes, scratches & cuts - particularly for the frequent small cuts from my rose bushes. The ointment helps the cuts to heal quickly, without becoming infected.

I have been using the Soothing Salve to treat/east small rashes/dermatitis outbreaks. The salve calms & soothes these well.

I needed more of both & the Herbal Heroes Bundle is such good value. I am keen to try the St Johns Wort & Calendula Rub too now for a number of minor conditions - mild sciatica, restless legs & neck pain.

As always, Moon Haven's customer service is excellent. Orders are shipped very quickly & are carefully packaged.

The creams Calendula and herbal ointment

The creams are really good for my alergy and flies bites. I used it every day and it is better than all other creams I tried before. I bought 4 jars to give 2 as gifts. I also received the first time as a gift and because I liked it I order myself and planned to do a Christmas gift.
