Ylang Ylang Essential Oil - And let's not forget about ylang ylang essential oil, the hormone-regulating rockstar that can reduce cortisol levels and improve your mood. It's like a mini-vacation in a bottle, helping you feel more relaxed and balanced.
Ewww ... Have You Smelt Clary Sage?
Clary Sage was always going to be the hero of our feminine balance trio.
After all it is the "goto" women's essential oil - noted for its hormonal regulating and emotional balancing properties.
BUT have you smelt it on it's own?
The scent could be described as similar to damp, well worn socks!
It's better blended
Unfortunately, Clary Sage can be a bit overwhelming when diffused on its own - so I always prefer it in a blend.
That's why we included in our 2 most feminine and floral oils - Ylang Ylang and Rose Absolute - 3% dilution into our Balance Trio.
Clary Sage can be combined with either oil or with both for great effect- and better still - gorgeous scent..
Here's a starter balancing blend to try:
2 drops Clary Sage Essential Oil
1 drop Ylang Ylang Essential Oil
2 drops Rose Absolute 3% in Jojoba Oil
Play with the proportions, add in a little Lavender Essential oil to help meld the scents together or add a citrus oil to lighten the mood.
