We put it down to the effects of the strong sleep inducing  (soporific)  essential oils we use in this blend.

You don't need a diffuser, just apply and turn out the light!

To help prepare you for a good nights sleep we recommend:

1. Apply only when ready for sleep and about to turn out the light.

2. Apply a small amount of Pulse Point Potion to the temples, either side of the jaw line and at the base of the neck.

3. Breathe in the herbal aromas to allow your mind to drift.

4. Re-apply if you wake during the night

Use every night for a minimum of 3 weeks initially

(this helps to train the brain to associate Deep Sleep with the act of sleeping).

THE PULSE POINT POTION - DEEP SLEEP STORY

The Deep Sleep story goes way back to the earliest days of Moon haven, well before the moon haven cottage was even a twinkle in their eyes.

You see, Leonie was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and was having all sort of sleep issues.

In a bid to find natural solutions to her health issues firstly went set about formulating a salve for her muscle pain (St John's Wort & Calendula Rub).  

Then she turned her research skill into finding something to assist with sleep. After experiencing the profound effects of Chamomile and Sweet Marjoram on her sleep patterns she used these two beautifully soporific oils to for the basis of our Deep Sleep Pulse Point Potion.

BORN OF NECESSITY

Plagued by body pain, headaches, and skin issues from her autoimmune condition, our founder Leonie, refused to suffer in silence. When nothing worked, she turned to nature. Blending herbs and oils to create products that truly made a difference. Word spread, and Moon Haven was born.

Love this product

I originally bought this for myself. Loved it. Bought it as a gift. My friend rang me the next day to tell me how well it worked. Gifted it to another friend who had been having trouble sleeping.
