Pulse Point Potions are effective, ready to use essential oil preparations formulated by Moon Haven’s own Aromatherapists. Each potion has been designed to assist with a particular condition or to have a specific effect.

Many potions will assist with several conditions. For example:

Deep Sleep helps you to get to sleep and have a deep, restful sleep when you do
Breathe Easy can be used to help sinus pain, hay fever, snorin, headaches (even hangovers!).
Relax is wonderful for assisting with stress and anxiety (it's even more effective when you use our pattern interrupt technique)
Focus is great to help you study and retain what you have learnt
Uplift helps to improve mood, assist with dealing with anxiety and depression
Meditate is brilliant for calming the mind, deepening any meditative experience and assisting with any spiritual practice

Power potion!!!

I'm a mum of 2 and when times get tough, I reach for the pulse potion to reset and calm myself down. It helps me to relax my mind when I need a nap.

These pulse point potions are lovely, but I have quite a sensitivity to perfumes and I found I couldn’t use them near my head...so although they are lovely they are not suitable for me.

Uplifting is Magic

This is an absolute favourite of mine that I carry in my handbag. I wear it daily in place of perfume as it smells wonderful and it does lift my spirits. I have chronic health issues and it really does help.
