Ordering from Moon Haven is fast, simple and very straight forward

At Moon Haven we want to provide the best possible service to you at a reasonable cost while still protecting your privacy and your personal information.

Listed below are several important facts you need to know about when placing an order with us.

Payment Methods:

We accept the following credit cards:  Visa and Mastercard.

Payment may also be made by money order, personal cheque.

All credit card and personal information is processed through our  secure server and under the trusted Comodo SSL certificate


Phone with Credit Card Details

If you prefer, you may place your order online and then phone through your credit  card payment details.  Just please check this option when proceeding through the shopping cart process.

Please phone Moon Haven with your credit card information any time between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm, 7 days per week.

Our Freecall number for non mobile calls from within Australia is 1800 005 059. For calls from mobiles or outside of Australia our phone number is 08 97 555 470 (+61 897 555 470 international).


Other Payment Methods:

We are pleased to accept both personal cheques and money orders.  Please ensure you write both your name, phone number  and address on the back of these as it will assist us to match your order and payment!

Dispatch and Delivery:

We offer FREE standard postage and handling for all orders valued at $80.00 or more for delivery within Australia. If you orders fits this criteria please choose this shipping option.

We will post out your order as soon as we receive have received and processed your payment information.

Order before 2.00pm for same day dispatch

We endeavour to send out all orders received before 2.00 pm the same day.  Of course orders received on the weekend and after 2.00 pm Friday will be sent on the next postal day – usually Monday.


Australia Post Services

We use Auspost’s Express Post parcel delviery for all Australian orders

We will send your parcel to you via Australia Post- so be on the look out for your friendly postie who will usually be able to deliver it directly to your door.  If you are not at home at the time, they will leave a reminder in your letterbox, so  please sort through your junk mail carefully over the next few days.
f you live outside of Australia we will calculate the delivery charges for your order and emial a quote to you for your approval prior to dispatch.

Late or missing orders

If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable amount of time (2-3 days for WA or 5 days for the Eastern States) please check with your local Post Office to see if they have your parcel there, waiting for you to collect it.
