I love deeply moisturising effect of oil on my skin...but it can just get so messy.To get around this i wanted to make a solid massage bar that would give me all of the benefits of a liquid oil without the drawbacks. I wanted something that would melt at body heat but stay solid at cooler temperatures. So I began to experiment with the oils, butters and waxes that are solid at room temperature - Shea Cocoa butter, our wonderful local beeswax. It took quite a while to find the perfect combination...but I just loved the result on my skin. So we shared the Butterups with family, friends and then finally with our moonies.
