Heat, Light and Air are essential oil kryptonite! You see exposure of an essential oil to heat, light and air all speed up the process of oxidisation. The faster your oils oxidise that faster they deteriorate and the faster they can become unstable and unsafe to use.
So our first rule of essential oil safety is to ALWAYS use diluted essential oils on your skin. You see in aromatherapy more or stronger is not necessarily better. In fact more or stronger is often downright dangerous!
