Every year Eric loves to fill one of Moon Haven’s windows with his collection of ceramic houses and characters from the Dicken’s Village collection. Every year people come from miles around to check out the regulars and the newcomers.

My favourite is the Peggoty’s upturned boat come seaside cottage although I must admit a a general liking for Scrooge’s home on the bleak snow covered hill (with ‘real’ plastic snow’!) accompanied by a dead twig for a leafless tree.

While the display is about to come down do look for it again next year at the beginning of December.
